Customer's Challenge
The primary challenge for the Keighley project was to create a modern residential layout within an existing structure whilst ensuring the highest level of finish. In particular, the project required efficient partitioning to maximise the living space. Additionally, a seamless ceiling solution that could accommodate integrated services and lighting was needed
Our Solution
With this in mind, we executed a comprehensive interior transformation, starting with the installation of high-performance Metal Stud & Dry lining Partitions to define the apartment rooms. Furthermore, we fitted durable wall liners throughout to provide a clean, straight finish across all vertical surfaces.
For the overhead areas, we installed seamless MF Ceilings, providing a modern aesthetic and allowing for hidden service runs. Finally, to finish the project to a gallery standard, our team performed expert plastering across all walls and ceilings. As a result, the apartments were perfectly smooth and ready for decoration.
