Customer's Challenge
The primary challenge for Trust Electric Heating was the need for a rapid expansion space that didn’t compromise on professional aesthetics. Additionally, they required a layout that balanced the need for private, quiet meeting rooms with the desire for a collaborative, open-plan office. Logistically, we had to work within an existing warehouse structure whilst ensuring that the new office zones were effectively insulated. As a result, we were able to reduce the ambient noise and balance the temperature fluctuations from the industrial space.
Our Solution
We executed a comprehensive office transformation, starting with the installation of high-performance metal stud partitions to define the core office areas. We then needed to provide the necessary privacy for the executive meeting rooms without closing off the office. For this purpose and to maintain a sense of space and light, we integrated the frameless glass partitions. We also installed a modern suspended ceiling system throughout, incorporating premium insulation to ensure the workspace remained energy-efficient and acoustically sound. Finally, we carried out a meticulous tape and fill finish process. This left the walls perfectly smooth and ready for the final brand-specific decoration.
